The Great Outdoors

                Hubby and I did not go any out of the state vacation. We prefer to  be a local tourist.

          This windmill was brought from Holland and put back here in Holland. Michigan. It is my first time to see, climb a real windmill. It is huge! Below is the bed of tulips. This is my kind of great outdoors. Surrounded by flowers ^_^

This photo is not mine. A friend send this through email and the title of her email "Stop complaining". It is obvious that this photo was taken in China and geez just look at how they walk through that bridge. Do we Americans had to complain all the time? Can we just count our blessings?

Express a feeling

I am not good in taking pictures with people. I think because I am hesitant to do it, they might get mad or angry at me and second seems like it's personal. So if I took one good shot I am happy.

                                           Is she asking for something or is she busted? ^_^

This is my favorite, his expression is remarkable, makes me laugh every time I see this photo. He is concentrating shhhh be quite!!

Water drops

I've seen this kind of photography from some photo bloggers. They are pro photographers and I know I can't match what they've done so far ^_^. The other day I was home alone and I don't have nothing to do and it came up on me to do a little bit of experimenting. And here is what I come up with..

This orchid was a present to me on my birthday last April. And still blooming non-stop.

 I was browsing my picture folder I couldn't find any photo that is broken. So I started to looked around the house when I picked up this pot to put to another location crashhhh it fell down to the floor. I didn't do it purposely but I was also grinning I have something now to post here hahaha.

Blinded by the Light

                     

Went to Holland, Michigan for their Tulips Festival last year and one of the local shops made a handmade candles. They make the candle in front of you. They dip the wax in different layers of colors, dried it up for few minutes, they carved it like what you see above and below. You can choose what colors you want to your candle. And voila you have your own handmade candle.
