Blue Sky

I wanted to see this sky as soon as possible. It's been snowing the whole day and the sky is gloomy and dark here in Michigan. But I cannot complain this winter we do not have much snow and that is what I like. ^_^

Something Blue

I love spring! Last week I was surprised my Bachelor's Button flower is back. I thought they are annuals but I think it dropped a lot of seeds that they germinate on there own. Which is for me an added attraction to  my little flower garden.

Then my forever love my Salmon Rose. It bloomed so many flowers this year. Last year I have not seen one that blooms so beautiful because ants infested the whole plant. This year I was prepared I spray the whole plant and it paid off. I seen buds keep sprouting and flowers huge!  I am happy!

Who Is?

The day I arrived my hometown I immediately went to the Fort where the Shrine is also located and the beach. It's been many years that this Fort was neglected thankfully the city government renovate the place. This light house is famous for many years. It leads fishermen and ship to the sea port where it is located not too far from this Spanish Fort. 

The next day, early in the morning my family went to the beach for an early swim at the beach. For years since I can remember people flock to this beach to exercise, get some fresh air and swim. I was at a food stall when I spotted this woman alone and seems like she is busy on something. Then I saw her again walking away then all of a sudden she was at my back. The vendor told her to stay away I then knew right there that she is mentally disturbed so I gave her my food and she was happy and she took off. Who ever she is, what ever is her story it's a very pitiful sight to a beautiful morning.

Arkansas

We are heading home and at last we reached another state, the state of Arkansas. It still a long ways home to Michigan but looking each state as we pass, stopping some of the rest stop and collecting some souvenirs is fun. But when I uploaded my photos tonight, I accidentally deleted more than 50 photos I was &%$# to myself, grrrr!! I had many good photos specially the ranches gates, fences and signs that Texas only has but with one push of a button it was gone! Grrrrr to me!! ^_^ Because I was so upset to myself hubby asked me if I want to go back, lol! Of course that would be some other time but for now I am looking forward to see more of Arkansas, a little of Tennessee, Missouri, Illinois. Can't dwell on what happen but one thing for sure I did not have a good sleep last night, lol!

The Alamo

We visited Alamo last Saturday though it was raining hard I manage to take a lot of photos. I was very concern of my camera than myself ^_^ that hubby was already eager to go back to the mall than staying outside, lol!

Finding Yellow & Blue

Walking at the board walk I found yellow stuff.

A yellow ribbon?

 
                                                A yellow sign, there must be a reason for this.

                I wonder if the ribbon on the railing (top) is connected to this one on the stick.

                               The last but not the least the bridge that always amazes me. See the blue sky and the blue water? That is why it is called Blue Water Bridge. ^_^

Is Summer almost done?

Yesterday we were at the lake pontoon boating and the wind is chilly. Walking towards the beach I saw this kayak in different colors are they all done this year?

               This are the walls of a classroom at church. The first photo is Jonah and the whale. The second painting is Noah's ark. I am impressed when I saw this paintings, a great story to begin with kids. ^_^

Shade of blue

                           This two flowers are so tiny they are a size of my thumb. I even don't know the name of this two flowers. I love to plant them in a big pot or ground because I think they will thrive fast. I hope somebody knew the name of this so I would know if it's annual or perennial.

Blue bird

                         Spotted this blue bird at the backyard of my hubby's niece house. He keep on coming in this bird house we figure out there's the mama blue bird there and the babies we guess. And when we asked our niece to confirm our guesses it's true the mama bird and the babies are inside. Papa blue bird is keeping an eye on them what a good papa bird huh!!

This weekend I am tempted to soak in here. The temperature is hot and humid!!

               Went to my friend's daughter dance rehearsal and saw this beautiful kids with their blue dress. It's very pretty ain't it?

Blue CrabS

Blue crabs one of my favorite seafood that I bought at Oriental market. Per pound cost $2.99. The last time me and my friends went to the store I got 4lbs. When I arrived home I immediately boiled them. When it turned reddish took out the huge pan then let it cool. When it is cool I packed it then freeze it. I cook it with coconut cream, string beans, bok-choy, eggplant then chili if you like it a bit hot. Oh boy how it taste so good lol! 

 The funny thing is that when I boiled it, because they are still alive they started to scratch the pan. My hubby don't like to be near the kitchen. He says the poor guys are tortured lol!!

Blue Jeans

                Because I lose a bit of weight I shopped for a good pair of jeans and I find one that I do like.

                            I cut and sew my jeans with my sewing machine. I had this for seven years now.

                                                             Hmmm it's DKNY ^)^

                                                                    And off I worked.
