Blue crabs one of my favorite seafood that I bought at Oriental market. Per pound cost $2.99. The last time me and my friends went to the store I got 4lbs. When I arrived home I immediately boiled them. When it turned reddish took out the huge pan then let it cool. When it is cool I packed it then freeze it. I cook it with coconut cream, string beans, bok-choy, eggplant then chili if you like it a bit hot. Oh boy how it taste so good lol!
The funny thing is that when I boiled it, because they are still alive they started to scratch the pan. My hubby don't like to be near the kitchen. He says the poor guys are tortured lol!!
