Water drops

I've seen this kind of photography from some photo bloggers. They are pro photographers and I know I can't match what they've done so far ^_^. The other day I was home alone and I don't have nothing to do and it came up on me to do a little bit of experimenting. And here is what I come up with..

This orchid was a present to me on my birthday last April. And still blooming non-stop.
The bud with a water drop

The white color of this orchid, my dad's favorite. I always have a special longing for it. We call this in Borneo, the North Borneo Orchid.
Thanks.

Hi Manang Kim,

Well done for trying something new, I think trying to replicate other peoples shots is a fantastic way to learn and improve your photography.

you've done really well with these beautiful macro's, with a nice sharp focus.

Wow! Cool Kim!

You don't have to be a Pro Photographer to be not Creative. It only takes Imagination dear.

(As for the dahlias - cut the stems probably usa ka dupa from the ground. Don't plant the cuttings in autumn. They won't grow. Sa ting-init na - early spring when the plant is already established. Otherwise, mangluod dili na motubo ug dili na mamulak).

These are gorgeous photos, Manang Kim! I love the close-ups. It looks like the flowers are weeping, but it must be tears of happiness because they are flourishing so well.
