A friend of ours went to Mackinaw City, Michigan last Labor day weekend. While she was there enjoying the 5 miles walk across the Mackinaw Bridge she called me if she wants something from there. Of course without further ado, I told her I want smoke fish and fudge. When she got home she brought me smoked salmon and a chocolate almond fudge, I was happy she is so sweet. Anyhow, while devouring the fudge I noticed something on the label...and tell me why it cannot be refrigerated but can be frozen?

Perhaps when the fudge is refrigerated it is too hard to enjoy, but it does freeze to keep a long time? I'm guessing because fudge never lasts that long around my house.
Fudge never last that long in our house, too :)

wow, you know what to ask for, don't you? :)
I have no idea, but I don't think I would freeze fudge anyway.
I love fudge and always store it in the refrigerator.
I don't know the answer to this but it never makes it to either place in our house.
I have no idea, I have not eaten fudge for years, I do not think they have it in Italy.
I chuckled over this one!
