It may be abandoned, but it still had two good silos. This one has so much personality...don’t you wish you new the stories of past times it has to tell us all? If someone wanted to use it, I think it still has some years left with an owner who has a lot of tender loving care to give it. Nice photography.
Great shot - it looks like something from a different era! I always want to go in abandoned buildings like that, but I never do because they are often unsafe.
It still looks in really great shape! And here I thought I was the only one who had something obvious in my frame, only to notice once I came home! I don't know how but I do it a lot! : )
A wonderful looking barn and silo combination. I wonder why silos have gone out of use...at least it seems that way. I suppose it's new storage methods. Fine Barn Charm image!
You get the blue ribbon this week for the orange cone beside the abandoned barn. That is so cool. There is something about silos that fascinates me. I want to go inside of one...if you can do that. I have always wondered how they work. Maybe one day I will find out. Love your post. Genie

I love buildings like that, and I love the contrast in colours. Very beautiful... worth exploring!
Great shot of the marvelous barn!
Thanks for sharing it (& the orange cone)!
Great old barn. It's hard to tell; is the dark area on the front vegitation?
Only get suspicious if more orange cones suddenly appear!

Another fabulous old barn... the orange cone must be some kind of message, I guess!
What a nice old barn! I didn't notice the cone till I read your post.
Great addition to Barn Charm, Kim... I wonder what the cone is for?!
Quite often, our camera has a detailed eye and it is able to capture every detail, some of which we may have missed out. The barn is a great capture.
I didn't notice the cone until I read about it being there. This is a great old barn.
Nice capture! Maybe the cone is to warn people that the barn is unsafe--as if you wouldn't be able to tell that from looking at it.
Teehee! I take photos without seeing stray objects in them too. Oh well! It's a great barn anyway!
That's a really nice photo. I did see the cone so maybe it's still an active farm.
The barn is such an imposing feature it is easty to miss the cone.
the barn has so much character and the color of the aged wood is beautiful. this is a lovely photo - great light.
