Because I lose a bit of weight I shopped for a good pair of jeans and I find one that I do like.
I cut and sew my jeans with my sewing machine. I had this for seven years now.
Hmmm it's DKNY ^)^
And off I worked.

Hi Jidhu, no I am not an expert. I just had to to do it it's very expensive to ask somebody to cut it for us, it cost like $8.00! ^_^
Very Pretty! You know Tita, Mommy does that cutting thing too.
Please come see my Blues, have a nice day!
Wish I could sew.. I have to leave the alterations to my mother!
You did a good job. Thanks for sharing your blues.
Happy Blue Monday, Kim.
I love doing this alteration work myself, its so much fun even if things don't work out. I'm sure u had fun doing this.
Thanks for dropping by on my blog.
I did that sometimes to my pants too. Happy Blue Monday.
Hi Kim, thanks for your visit. I have the same sewing machine. Great job on the jeans. Love your blue and saving money is a good thing theses days.
Happy Blue Monday,
Hugs, Jeanne
I'm only 4'11" tall and I always have to hem everything. Wish I was taking them in and up though.
You do good work and that's a beautiful sewing machine.
Nice love the machine I like sewing here and there.
You're so good! I usually just send my alterations to a lady tailor nearby, quiet cheap, just a few dollars.
Pareho pala tayo pag bumibili ng pantalon, pandak kasi ako so pinuputulan ko hehehe..
My blue, have a good night!
Good for you! I'm impressed that you will hem your own pants. I do that too. Here it would cost me at least $10-$12 to have someone do it for me.
I'm petite and need to learn to hem pants! Do a tutorial!!
Thanks for the visit!
Hi Kim...thanks for visiting Colorado in Color...
Your post is surprising in that I don't know very many people that sew anymore. My mother, grandmothers, aunts and women friends of that generation all sewed but it's a skill that seems to have passed many by.
More power to you!
You are so talented, Kim. ABout your question, I do plant every year but a lot of the bigger plants and trees have been there since we bought the house. Thanks for stopping by....Christine
