Personalize blog

I've been enjoying my own domain and to tell you I like to put my photos here and hoping that no one would steal it. I own three domain now and so far it's a nice feeling. As I was browsing around I knew that some bloggers are earning money through their blogs by reviews and endorsement, etc. But what I observed is that their are many blogs now that you don't know who owned it because I couldn't find a face of the author. I was told that one requirements to be paid for advertising or reviewing a certain a product is that a blog should have the look of more on personalize than advertisement. But as what I have seen it is not. Anyhow, I like to comment and visit blogs that I see the face of the author and if I couldn't find one I'll run, lol!!
