It is not a bug! It is a ladybird .... hang on, it is not a bird either, is it? OK, so it should be called a lady beetle. That should keep the entomologists happy.
Sweet - yes, most people in the US call it a 'ladybug', and over here in England, we call them 'ladybirds'. I love the variety of colours and patterns they come in.

These are Asian lady beetles. We have had them in the house they are a Beetle. Unlike Lady Bugs we know as the red ones. These Bites and pinch, they also give of an fowl odor when crushed. In warm weather they comes out in large groups.
